| Light and compact Roller banners are virtually instant (20 seconds up and down). Classic banners (that you roll yourself) take a little longer but are lighter and cheaper. | Curvy, sculptural and visually stunning but quite bulky when packed. Most people seem to feel that pop-ups are still the best looking portable display on the market. For many that's all that matters and it justifies a higher price tag. Having been developed over many years they look unlikely to evolve much further. | The original display system and still a good all-rounder. Folds to any configuration, panels can be added or taken off. Wide choice of fabric colour and texture. Shelves, curved panels, cupboards, gantry, even doors are all part of the system. Cost is about 25% of a pop-up (70% with graphics). Folding panel systems take up less floorspace but don't look quite as swish as a pop-up. | ) |

| As the name implies, only semi-portable. This is the kind of thing you might see in a smart foyer or reception area. These are robust but surprisingly light (some have bases that can be filled with sand or water if necessary). Styles range from pavement signs through giant A-frame banners to flags that are over 7 metres tall! The range also includes "feather flags" and freestanding banners up to 3m x 2.5m. The print quality both on fabric and on banner material is perfectly good enough to use these indoors as well.
