Terms

Fresco PictureWall Limited, to the extent and subject to the limitations described in this paragraph or on this website, guarantees all Fresco equipment sold hereunder to be free from defects in material and workmanship if properly installed, serviced and operated under normal conditions according to Fresco's instruction for a period of two years following purchase or, in the case of electrical components, one year following purchase.

Fresco PictureWall Limited's obligation under this guarantee is limited to correcting or replacing, at its option, any equipment or parts that shall be returned to Fresco PictureWall Limited, transportation prepaid, after being put into service by the original user if Fresco PictureWall Limited is satisfied that the equipment was originally defective. This guarantee shall not apply to any products which must be replaced because of normal wear, which have been subject to misuse, negligence, or accident, or which have been altered by someone other than Fresco PictureWall Limited.

All graphic panels are guaranteed colour-fast for a period of three years following purchase.

No person, agent or dealer is authorised to give any further guarantees on behalf of Fresco PictureWall Limited. 

The liability of Fresco PictureWall Ltd is limited to the original invoice value of the goods and no liability for consequential loss shall be incurred.
