Can you work to a tight deadline?
If you have an upcoming event and need graphics quickly, let us know your deadline. In many cases we can work to tighter turnaround times depending on the product and artwork readiness.

Will these graphics fit my shell scheme system?

How is pricing calculated?

Do you check my artwork before printing?
Yes — we carry out a full artwork check before print. We’ll flag any issues such as size, bleed or resolution so everything is correct before production begins. We also supply a proof for approval before going to print.

Do you supply artwork templates?
Yes — we supply artwork templates tailored to your specific shell scheme size and chosen graphic system. This ensures your design is set up correctly with the right dimensions, panel splits and bleed, making the process straightforward and avoiding issues at print stage.

What file format should I supply my artwork in?
We recommend supplying artwork as a print-ready PDF from Adobe Illustrator or InDesign, as these give the best control over layout, scale and bleed. If you’re using other software such as Canva, Figma, Affinity Designer or CorelDRAW, we can supply templates and are happy to check your files and advise before production.

Can you help if I don’t have artwork ready?
Yes — we can help with design as well as print. Whether you need a full design or just a few adjustments, we can quote for artwork and make sure everything is set up correctly for your display.

Can I reuse these graphics for future shows?
Yes — many of our systems, particularly fabric solutions like ShowSuit, are designed to be reused across multiple events and different stand configurations.

Can I reorder graphics later on?
Of course. We keep records of previous orders, including artwork files and print specifications, so reordering or updating graphics for future exhibitions is straightforward.

Do you offer samples or help choosing the right option?

Should you need design or artwork we are specialists at designing for our products.  We can quote for design and offer free advice on setting up your own artwork.

If you are happy to supply artwork for your display (templates are available on request) just drop your files into the Upload Area (top right on any page on our website) and we will check it free of charge and send you a PDF proof.
